Jewel Hospitality, formerly Northwest Events & Jewel Catering, is a leading hospitality company in the Northwest. They are a full service event planning and catering company, and manage a fleet of venues in the greater Seattle area, including The Great Hall at Union Station, a historic Seattle landmark.
Northwest Events’ business and catalog of services grew organically over 10 years of commitment to their clients’ satisfaction. Through this growth their various brand offerings had become muddied and confusing to customers. They needed to clarify their core messaging and services, and provide potential clients a clear point of contact.
Bringing Northwest Events and Jewel Catering together under the name Jewel Hospitality was just the first step. We refreshed their brand to embody their personality and values and completely reorganized and redesigned their online presence, giving potential clients a single point of contact and clear access to information about Jewel’s services and venues.
